Clear bags, always
Every team member carries a clear bag. You can see everything that comes into your home and everything that leaves it.
Indoor sandals at every home
Team members change into indoor sandals at your door. Nothing from the last house comes into yours.
Individual sealed kits
Each team member carries their own sealed supply kit. Brushes and hygiene items are never shared between homes.
Verified end-of-shift supply count
Every job ends with a verified supply count, borrowed from how surgical teams count instruments before closing.
How we actually clean
Most of what separates a thorough clean from a surface clean happens in details you would never think to ask about. Here are ours.
The wet-and-dry method
Every surface gets a wet pass and a dry pass. The wet pass removes dust instead of relocating it.
Three-pass floor washing
Water pass, pH-balanced pass, final pass. One pass moves dirty water around a floor. Three passes clean it.
Color-coded cloths
Green for kitchens, blue for bathrooms. No cloth ever crosses between the two.
Single-use mop heads and bathroom microfiber
Mop heads are single-use for pet homes and bathroom work. Bathroom cloths are never reused.
